The owner of Trinity, Chris, was the best gentleman I have ever dealt with in my long lifetime, and I am in my eighties! He took his time explaining every detail of the repair he was making on my heater. When he was done he offered to check my air conditioner and made suggestions for future improvements. My sister and I invited him to sit down so he could make out the bill on his computer. We started talking about other things and we were impressed with him as a family man and a business owner. Heat went out on new year's. Called them in the morning of New Year's Day and had someone out in an hour! The technician Chris was amazing, checked everything and found out a sensor went bad. Jimmy and Chris maybe the most honest guys in the business. Jimmy gave me a second opinion on work that someone else quoted on my 11 year old heat unit. The quote was for $4000 and Jimmy' s quote came in at around $3000 under that. Beware who you trust!
